Default Separate default monitor for games...?

Simple question but I can't find the answer anywhere. In Windows XP, whatever monitor you set as the primary monitor in Display Properties is used as the monitor for playing full screen games. Problem is, it's also used as the default monitor for everything else. So any time a new window pops up it puts it on that monitor. I have a CRT and an LCD. I want the LCD to be my primary monitor for regular windows applications, and I want the CRT to be the primary monitor for full screen games. Is this possible?

I might be mistaken , but if you use depending on your video card your video card control panel thingy you can do this... but that totally depends on your video card , and driver / control panel package...

I've already looked at the ATI drivers and DNA drivers for my card and can't see any way to do this. I don't know if it's in the Catalist Control Panel or not because that doesn't seem to work in Windows x64. Omega drivers don't support x64 either so those are out.

Ultramon sounds cool. Loading of apps to specific displays requires the use of shortcuts... I'll have to see if that works for DirectX games or not. It does have some other cool features that might make things a little easier though. Looks like it makes switching the default monitor a little less cumbersome. And it supports scripting so maybe I can make it do what I want. Thanks!

I tried out Ultramon. It's not free unfortunately. It doesn't do exactly what I wanted, but its a start. I have my default monitor set for my LCD and I have my game shortcuts set up to switch the default monitor to the CRT before loading a game, and switch it back when done. It's kind of annoying, but it's better than the alternative. Another handy thing is that you can have a task bar for each display, so you only see windows in the taskbar on the display that the window is on.
