My old computer I run with the case open, surf sketchy porn sites every day, I keep a family of gerbils in it complete with sawdust and a activity wheel, and I have a daily ritual of pouring a full 16oz PBR into the PSU to appease the hardware demons, and it runs without a hitch. Go figure.

Yeah, I know you read my other post but again sorry I'm looking into setting up a few spare nameservers in the event that it happens again. Been about 10 months with these guys and this is the first time - lasted an afternoon so it could be worse I guess

Nope, Zoneedit is a free service. Basically all they do is when you type in "forums.fury-tech.com" it asks them how to find me, and they tell you where my server is. I host all of my stuff here at home, so I don't have to pay for hosting

Bandwidth support? That doesn't ring a bell. Perhaps they mean they want you to participate in one of the grid type computing projects like SETI or UD. I do UD, I actually posted about it recently in Jabber (it's a cancer research program). Basically you run a program that performs scientific calulations and sends them back to whoever's project you are involved in. UD has generated hundreds of years worth of research within just a few years by using this method.
Or maybe they're talking about something totally different  Either way always be cautious about installing anything people are asking you to use.
