Default ipcop web interface help

Hellow everyone,

I just installed IP Cop on my home network. The setup is as followes:
RED Nic that connects to my cable modem. Gets address via dhcp.
Green 192.168.1.1 Gives addresses via dhcp
Blue 192.168.2.1 nothing pluged in to that nic yet
Orange 192.168.3.1 nothing pluged into that nic yet.

All computers on net are currently connected to the green network (blue and orange are currently not in use and have no cables connected to their nicks) via an unmanaged switch. I am currently able to connect to the internet and ping all networks red, green, blue and orange. The problem is that i canot connect to the web ibterface. When i type http://192.168.1.1:81/ or https://192.168.1.1:445/ in a browser i get the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage. Most likely causes: You are not connected to the Internet. The website is encountering problems. There might be a typing error in the address" standard error message and I cannot figure out the problem.

Any help is greatly appriciated.
Thanks --Greg.
