well I could just be paranoid but take a look at MY REVIEW over at DevHardware and then take a look at THIS ONE that the peeps over at MaxOC just put out.

Seem to be some pretty glaring similarities, though it may be that they just couldn't think of anything else to say about it. Still they are way too much alike in some instances(except mines WAAYYY better ).

Well in all honesty, they seem similar as far as like-product reviews would go, but I didn't see any glaringly obvious duplication. I read through both fairly quick, though - am I missing something obvious?

When it comes to something like this, there is only so much to talk about so you expect certain similarities anyway. It seemed like you went into a little more detail, though, par usual.

Consider yourself... an inspiration perhaps?

The design likenesses that the Air Flo has with PS game pad are very obvious and for good reason: the people at Sony came up with a great design...I’m not really criticizing the blatant cues that Nyko took from Sony’s design as it is a very effective design -- imitation being the sincerest form of flattery. Sticking to this all too familiar mold also allows those who currently use PlayStation controllers or other PC game pads with similar designs to jump right in and start using it without much of a comfort adjustment.
The Nyko controller lacks the vibration mechanisms such as those that are found within the PlayStation controller, which might well be the major factor in regards to its weight. The vibration is not something you're likely to miss.

The one thing that this controller really has going for it, is the design. Anybody that has ever played games on a Playstation system will feel instantly comfortable with it...At first glance, the Air Flo™ PC looks surprisingly similar to the currently bundled Playstation 2 analog controller. In fact, it feels exactly like a stock PS2 controller. Using the Playstation’s controller external design was a wise move on Nyko’s part. Not only will people be familiarly comfortable with the design, but time was saved in bringing the product to marker by not having to reengineer their own design. The one thing that you will notice right away is that Nyko’s Air Flo™ PC only weighs about half as much as its stock Playstation counterpart. This is due to it not having a vibrate function (two electric motors with metal weights attached) which would be useless with computer games since it is programmed into the game.

Many games, such as first person shooters (FPS), need more precise control of the onscreen indicated crosshair. In these cases, a mouse might be the control of choice for that needed precision. While other games, such as racing, flying, and other simulators are far easier with the Air Flo™ PC controller.

keep in mind they don't even mention testing any games out in their review.

Yeah, I see the similarities. Whether they were intentional or not, it's hard to say. If anything, maybe d0m read your review and found you had some really good points.
