UPDATE: just figured out how to get my scrolling up to speed. right in the "Mouse" Control pane, they have an option to set the scroll speed. Again this is a built in OS X control pane, nothing from Logitech as of yet.

Ya I tried that... didn't quite do what I wanted it to. I am content with what I've been able to do with the settings in Panther.

Default Logitech MX 900 Mouse for Mac

I was reading your entry about the 900. I'm really keen on using this bluetooth baby for my Mac as I'd like to have the back/forward buttons on a bluetooth mouse (haven't been able to find a bluetooth mouse with build in back/forward buttons for the Mac yet).

I know that you mentioned that the 900 has no Mac software, but have you tried installing the Logitech MX 700 Mac software. I have a feeling that this might work as the 700 looks exactly the same as the 900; it seems the only difference is that the 700 doesn't have bluetooth.

The download is available at:

http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/do...contentid=6034

Tell me how it goes.

See you,

David

I did try that, and it doesn't work (as I hoped) It's been a few months and I've learned to deal with it (actually I have no regrets) I have 10.4 with Dashboard which I've also programmed into the scroll click. So all is good with the 900
