I think I left that out because for the most part any GPU cooling solution (unless friggin' extreme which this isn't) is not going to be audible over the various other components that have either fans, motors, or discs whirring away. I guess though if you just focusing on it to try and here it you might be able to discern the noise coming from the fan.

The reason I pointed that out at the beginning of the review is because this company is known for their "Tornado" and "Stealth" fans. Tornado being extremely loud but having a very high CFM rate, and the Stealth having extremly low Decibel levels while still pushing a fair amount of air relative to their dB rating.
Your answer was like a politicians, which is to say you still did not answer the question: How loud is it? Db would be the most understandable and comparable measure.

I'd like to point out that my competitor has avoided the issues for far too long.</politician>:P

I don't have a decibel meter anymore but I would guess around 25 or so.
