It's not really my choice
I guess what I really need is the Visual Studio so I can create packages (so that people in our company can still check out our MDB w/o actually owning Access.)

But it looks like Microsoft isn't supporting it or distributing it anymore. And I've been approved for a Access 2007 upgrade. I should be all set once I get that.
