Well the usual forum outlets I would try Wicked Fire Forums they seem to be a fairly tech savy crew of internet marketers. Digital Point of course... I know a few sites exist for supplying content for $$$ but do not know any off the top of my head... you could try joining a PLR group they usually give away tons of free articles.
