Ahh, yeah 1.75 is about borderline for 2.3 on that chip. 2.4 will most likely require 1.8V+, unless you can bring temps way down and just squeeze in there. 48-50c is about as high as you want for that kind of OC too, so it is probably a combination of both factors.
